Employee Email Template System

Project:

Create an email template system for internal communications for distribution to the Court’s thousands of employees.

Goals:

• Design templates with a modern and standardized look

• Improve the ease and consistency of employee-facing communications

• Streamline & simplify multiple threads of communication

Approach:

Develop distinct email templates for messages coming from the Clerk of Court/CEO and the Presiding Judge. Four templates in total were produced, each with unique features as well as common content blocks. Unique themes were developed for each as well as common content block options. Templates were crafted with the express purpose of facilitating ease of use for the Communication department while providing the end-users easy-to-read emails.

Summary:

Template design went through three rounds of creative concepts with subsequent refinements to the contents following input from colleagues and leadership.

Templates were designed within Salesforce’s Content Builder and for end users’ Outlook Classic email client. Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma were used to produce the source artwork.
